He is a keen entrepreneur, who tested his entrepreneurial skills at the early stage of his academic career. The interesting fact about him is, “his discovering business skills” and to support his overseas university fees on his own, during his academic days. He has thorough knowledge and vast experience in the field of customs clearance, freight forwarding, and relevant overseas operations. He is immensely developing himself, his team, and the organization overall, to accommodate rising demands in the market. During his organization functions in the last 9 years, he improved his relationships with the shipping agencies, custom authorities, and channel partners to keep Swarex Logistics Limited far ahead of his competitors.
He is a dynamic leader with effective leadership and drives the team to achieve desired goals with meticulous delegation and smooth operational drivers. During his decade-old experience, he spent his maximum time in bringing up the organization, improving the systems, developing the team, removing the hassles, avoiding hurdles, and many more. Having learned complex to complicated issues in this field, he made the operations smooth, hurdle-free, and gained the ability to resolve any kind of issues in a much simpler way. Mr. Swarup managed every activity from the stage of the initial call to the final handover and he knows the issues and bottlenecks in every activity. Strong business development professional with an MBA in International Business.
During the course of his rich career, he has donned various roles and at various points of time; additionally handled activities such as break-bulk shipments, project cargo, heavy lift shipments, warehousing, air & sea freight forwarding, International Trading, import shipments and total logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Ishanu Majee oversees the day to day operations of Swarex Logistics Limited as well as develops the executive strategy for business growth to drive maximum value for Swarex Shipping clients. His aggressive approach has assisted the group to expand pan India and across the Globe.
